Building the Future of Learning and Assessment Together
How E195 is advancing AI, creativity, and global collaboration for schools worldwide
As the school year comes to an end here in the United States, it is a great time to reflect on how, together, we can advance innovation in learning and assessment across school districts.
I recently wrote and presented a paper for the SITE 2026 Conference. SITE is the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education. I met so many dedicated people at this year’s SITE Conference who are as determined as we are to help more students achieve more.
I felt honored to be elected this year to a two-year term as Co-Chair of SITE’s Games and Simulations group. I know the work I will be doing with SITE will help E195 do more for school systems globally in the upcoming school year, specifically by providing innovative ideas and applications to support teachers worldwide in creatively utilizing the best innovations in educational technologies.
I am also very excited to lead a workshop at the 2026 Illinois Education & Technology Conference (IETC). The title of the workshop I created is called “Goldilock’s Classroom: Getting AI Tools Just Right”.
It will be a two-hour immersive experience that is very hands-on and more interactive than a traditional breakout, allowing participants to take a deeper dive into concepts, tools, and skills. In this “working” workshop, I will provide hands-on introductions to the most effective, evidence-based AI classroom tools, with clear specifications for each use. It is so important for each school district to receive a “just right” combination of AI tools that specifically addresses its own needs.
In the coming year, I want to invite you to join me and E195! We can work effectively together to master the most innovative opportunities in artificial intelligence and other educational technologies to serve students globally. In doing so, we will together add responsibility, accountability, and creativity that all students, teachers, and school districts deserve.
In the months ahead, E195 will be building new platforms for both curriculum and assessment use. By putting together teams of global leaders in technology, education, and design, E195 can offer school districts new opportunities in both learning and assessment. Our efforts together will increase student performance by raising levels of motivation and engagement while maintaining the highest levels of validity and reliability.
Too often, students, for a variety of reasons, do not do their best work in learning and in assessment. Our E195 teams are adding more depth and variety across multiple intelligence areas, including visual, hands-on kinesthetic, auditory, interpersonal, intrapersonal, musical, logical, and naturalistic applications. We are also meeting students more where they are – socially, emotionally, and culturally.
Our approach brings together collaboration that represents the best from all 195 countries in the world – and in these collaborations, together, we can produce the greatest innovations that all schools deserve.
Please inquire about how we can partner together to support teachers, students, and school districts. Please feel free to reach out to me personally to discuss how we can collaborate and achieve more together!
We are so grateful for institutional partnerships, corporate sponsorships, foundation support, community supporters, and individual giving. We have a place with E195 for you and your organization – and we are very grateful for your collaboration and support!
Very gratefully yours,
Dr. Phil Siegel, Founder/President, E195 Global Learning Exchange
