- Implementing collaboration for school teams nationally and internationally
- Building higher student performance outcomes in testing and learning through customized creation of new multiple intelligence tools that combine evidence-based best practices with artificial intelligence, elements from gamification, and other emergent technologies

Founder
Dr. Phil Siegel began his career engaging children as a writer for 14 years on the Bozo Show at WGN-TV and as a consultant for Barney & Friends on PBS-TV. He later expanded into education and school leadership, serving across K–12 environments as a general education teacher, LBS1 special education teacher, STEM teacher, director of technology, and innovations coach. In secondary education, he held leadership roles including academic dean, assistant principal, principal, and director of education.
Dr. Siegel became a video game designer whose work has sold over 30 million units worldwide. His portfolio includes gameplay development for Lucasfilm (Star Wars), Disney classics (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Lion King), Marvel (Spider-Man), and Time-Warner (Batman). He also created handheld electronic games for Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, as well as early Giga-Pets for Tiger Electronics and Hasbro. His work has consistently blended storytelling, interactivity, and mass-market engagement.
